Weekend Hoop Intensive
Portland Maine is host to an amazing group of hoop instructors coming together for a Hoop Intensive weekend. You'll be learning new methods and movements to take your hooping to the next level! From tricks to moving meditation and everything in between, this weekend will catapult your hoop learnin'! We'll also explore other spin arts and how they can inform your hoop flow. Instructors joining us are Kenna Hoops, Beth Lavinder, Karin DeWitt, The BEX and more to be announced.

Lodging and meals will be your responsibility with the exception of lunch. So we can benefit from our community (and picking the brains of our instructors!)we're happy to be working with Local Sprouts Coop (http://www.localsproutscooperative.com/) who will provide us with bagged lunches on Saturday and Sunday for an additional $20.00 each day.
