Sacramento, CA
Share this event:

Our digestion fluctuates according to the seasons; in summer, our digestion is at its peak strength, but our body is prone to heat symptoms. While eating cooling foods is important during this season, we must also protect our digestive fire so that our digestion doesn't become too cool. Learn how to counterbalance the heat of summer as we discuss the basic theories of seasonal eating, digestion, and immunity according to principles found in Chinese Medicine.
