Mendocino Progressive Dinner

Eighth annual Mendocino Progressive Dinner
Saturday May 7th, 2016, starting at 6pm.

The historic village of Mendocino has proven to be the perfect location for a Progressive Dinner.

Diners will begin with appetizers at the Odd Fellows Hall at 6pm. Appetizers will be dates stuffed with goat cheese and roasted pistachios, crust-less mini-quiche with zucchini and parmesan, melon and prosciutto bites.

At 7pm we progress over to the Mendocino Hotel to enjoy salad and your choice of three different entree's. Pan seared ahi tuna, black sesame seeds, shitake risotto with sriracha cream sauce and asparagus, or prime rib of beef with chive mashed potatoes, or mushroom risotto with grilled vegetables.

Then to complete the evening at 8pm, Mendocakes will provide us with a lush & decadent chocolate dessert at the Ford House Museum and last but not least, we will have our silent auction. We plan to again pair fine Mendocino County wines with each course.
