HELPFUL TIPS ON A SUCCESSFUL POSTPARTUM RECOVERY
Join us on Tuesday: April 5th at 6:30 PM as Chicago Licensed Acupuncturist, Tracie Hinton-Chavez and Chicago Postpartum Doula, Lisa Zimmerman from Maternal Child Connections hold an informative and helpful workshop that will transform and energize your recovery time.
The workshop will include caring for your baby and your partner's new role during this exciting time, a recipe for a postpartum soup that you can make in the comfort of your home, as well as basic traditional Chinese nutiritonal guidelines to follow for better energy.
