Pacific Brew Laboratory, or PacBrewLab as we like to call them, has been bringing crazy beers to San Franciscans such as Hibiscus Saison, Squid Ink Black IPA, Chamomile Ale, Lemongrass IPA, and Szechwan Peppercorn Red Ale. We can get on board with that.
Join us around our big wooden table while we sip on some delicious beers and Wyatt, our chef at Bi-Rite, cooks up a meal to pair perfectly. Patrick, co-owner and brewer will be here to swap stories and tell us about the magic behind brewing his beer.

A little about Patrick:
Native to South Carolina, Patrick spent 10 years as a lobbyist in DC. After moving out west and dabbling in homebrewing and finding a passion for the process and product he decided to make a go at the "business". Through his journey among the homebrewing culture of San Francisco he met Bryan. They quickly realized that there was a common vision between the two of them. They solidified this vision with the formation of Pacific Brewing Laboratory. Pac Brew Lab started in a garage as a place for Patrick and Bryan to experiment with new beer flavors, styles, and brewing techniques. What started out as a place to share new creations with friends grew into a bi-monthly, totally free event with hundreds of our "new" friends and great local street food vendors.
