Chocolate Tasting
This is a tasting of 8 Single Origin Chocolate made in America by artisan chocolatiers. It will included selections from Mast Brothers, Rogue, Escazu, Patric, Amano, Olive & Sinclair, Ritual, and Askinosie. There will be a discussion of the chocolate making process, pairing wine or coffee with chocolate, and a tasting of the cacao nibs that are ground to make the chocolate.
