Intonation's 10th Anniversary Gala
Intonation's 2016 Annual Gala Fundraiser will celebrate 10 years of music programs for Chicago youth this year. The event combines a rock and roll theme with traditional gala elements (silent and live auctions, open bar, dinner, special guests, program and entertainment) to create an inspired and unique evening which stands out from the rest.
The venue is Chicago's Morgan Manufacturing, a fully renovated, industrial-chic space conveniently located in the West Loop. The 550-seat main room offers a unique environment, terrific sound, breathtaking décor and a warm communal atmosphere, all housed in a historic building that pre-dates the Chicago Fire.
As in years past, special appearances will abound, including performances by Intonation student bands and some surprise guests. Known for our one-of-a-kind items, past events silent and live auctions included Dinner with Chris Rock, a private concert with Jeff Tweedy. This year, you can expect a once-in-a-lifetime Hot Dougs Cubs Baseball Team Package, a table read with the cast of The Simpsons TV Show, and many more exciting items.
A contribution to Intonation makes an immediate and substantial impact on many young lives, and every dollar raised helps us put a guitar in a kid's hands, a resource in the community, and a music program in a school where one doesn't exist anymore. Funds raised at Intonation's 10th Anniversary Gala Fundraiser will support music programming through the 2016-17 school year.
