Apothecary Basics:
Join longtime locavore, urban forager an backyard herbalist Lisa Rose Starner in the wild and weedy edges of her gardens for an introduction to harvesting, preserving & using high summer plant medicines for basic ailments such as cough, colds, flus and basic first aid.
In the kitchen classroom, Starner will share with you basic medicine making techniques and each attendee will leave with a few herbal samples you will make yourselves!
