Supper at SAGE
Celebrate a season in the garden! Supper at SAGE is our second annual benefit dinner for the Starker Arts Garden for Education (SAGE) and the Corvallis Farm to School Program.
The evening begins at 4.30 pm with appetizers, cider tasting, an art auction with pieces by local artist Rebecca Waterhouse, and tours of the garden. 2 Towns Ciderhouse and Full Circle Creamery will be serving a delicious cider and cheese pairing. There will be garden-fresh pizzas from our on-site cob oven and appetizers by Intaba of Fireworks. At 5.30 pm guests will be seated in the nearby pavilion to enjoy a fresh, seasonal dinner prepared by chef JC Mersmann of Gathering Together Farm, with wine by Tyee Wine Cellars, bread by Big River, and a selection of desserts from local artisans. There will be live music throughout the evening and guests will have the opportunity to learn about how our programs provide healthy local produce and sustainable education to our community.
Tickets are 60 dollars each and are also available through the Corvallis Environmental Center at 541-753-9211.
