Mid-Atlantic ASPB Meeting
The ASPB-MAS meeting will be held on April 9th at Swarthmore College (see further information below). When registering on this site please be sure to enter the email address of the person who will be attending the meeting. This will ensure that all attendees receive the program and relevant information.

Similar to previous years, there will be short talks given by invited speakers. Additional speakers will be chosen from submitted abstract. Preference will be given to undergraduate, graduate students and post-docs.

Poster Abstracts should be sent by no later than March 20th (for talk consideration) directly to: aspbmas2016@gmail.com. Please use the subject line: ASPB MAS Abstract_Last Name of Author and use the same convention for the name of your file. Please submit your abstracts as word documents and as a pdf, being sure to include in the abstract the title of the presentation, all authors and affiliations. At the top of the abstract page (above the title) please indicate your name and job title: PI, post-doc, graduate student, undergraduate or other. If you DO NOT want your poster abstract to be considered for an oral presentation, also please indicate that at the top of the abstract by writing POSTER ONLY. Please limit your abstract to no more than 300 words.

To facilitate the formatting of the program, please use Times New Roman font 12 pt, single-spaced 1.0 inch margins. No Asian characters please. Last year the hardest part of the meeting was formatting.
