For over thirty years, Dan Navarro has written, sung, played and acted his way through a rich and varied career, including penning songs for artists as diverse as Pat Benatar (the Grammy-nominated "We Belong"), The Bangles, Jackson Browne, Keb' Mo', Dionne Warwick and many more. Since the end of his acoustic duo with Eric Lowen in 2009, which lasted 22 years and produced 12 albums, Dan has returned to the national concert circuit as a solo artist. His 2014 album, Shed My Skin, reflects starting over after losing Lowen to Lou Gehrig's disease. With an affable personality and a wonderful ability to articulate ideas, Navarro's folk rock style spills out from a place close to the bone--real compassion, real sadness, real hope and love. He's a fluid, intricate guitarist and his rich voice has been heard not only on concert stages but in major motion pictures as a voice talent for the past 25 years.

California singer-songwriter John Craigie opens tonight's show with old-school new folk full of social commentary, personal empowerment, political satire, and modern love.
