Blues and Bites Benefit for Immanuel Community Services
Who and What: The Blues and Bites Benefit is an after work happy hour benefit at Union (415 Westlake Ave. N) to support Immanuel Community Services (ICS), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located in the Cascade Neighborhood of South Lake Union, Seattle.
21+ only, please! IDs will be checked at the door.
Two fantastic blues bands will perform: GravelRoad and The Foghorns.
The cash bar will feature Hilliard's Beer and SOZO Wine.
In addition, there will be complimentary tasty bites including bbq sliders, herbed mushroom crostinis, crispy roasted potatoes, apple pie bites and brownie sundae morsels.
How Much: Admission is $12.00 at the door or $10.00 with two cans of food.
Why: Immanuel Community Services serves the local neighborhood by providing services to help those who are hungry, homeless or struggling to overcome addictions to drugs and/or alcohol. Their services include at Food Bank, a Hygiene Center, a Recovery Program & Shelter and a monthly Community Lunch. Funds raised from this event will directly support all of these important programs.
