Sunday Supper March Madness
Our Inaugural Sunday Supper, March Madness, Is March 6, 2016 5 - 7 PM because basketball playoffs require good beer and good food. Beermeister, Jim Downing, will guide you on an in-depth conversation about beer and beer making. He'll regale you on ancient history and modern facts about beer and other fermented beverages. Sheila, your Food Docent, will show you the tricks for pairing food with beer using the 3 Cs of food and beer pairing. The 3 Cs Sunday Supper Menu Cut the spice of German sausage in a blanket and home made roasted potato quarters paired with Dunkleweizen, a dark brewed wheat beer.
Complement fried mozarella made by Buckeye Brewcraft with Green Apple Reisling Wine. Contrast Rocky Road Brownies with a smooth Cream Ale. paired with Buckye Brewcraft Cream Ale.
