Title:
A360 The AEC industry's "Facebook" A Social Media approach to complex construction projects.
Summary:
A360 is a "Cloud Based" approach to the AEC world. A360 is the AEC industries "Facebook" where BIM technology and Integrated Project Delivery are fully embedded in the workflow. A360 is a revolutionary way of doing business that is used throughout the "Life Cycle of the Building."
Learning Objectives:
-Learn how to approach the Inter-connected AEC world? Are we there yet? BIM and IPD are now fully embedded in the vocabulary of every Architectural, Engineering and Construction Firm. How this is changing the collaborative workflow.
-Learn about, A360, the AEC Industry's Facebook. A Social Media approach to complex projects. A broad-stroke approach on the simple, primary and sensible management principles necessary for today's new technological work environment.
-Learn the benefits of A360 (and the future iterations). A360 is a revolutionary way of doing business that is being used throughout the Lifecycle of the Building.
-Learn about "Reality Capture:" 90% of the Built Environment already exists. Producing "AS FOUND" intelligent data for the initiation of a Renovation/Retrofit project or Facilities Management Analysis
Presenter:
Aaron Gonzales brings more than 25 years of diversified global design and construction experience.
Dr. Gonzales received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from DePaul University Chicago, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, and earned a Ph.D. in Professional Studies in Architecture, Engineering and Construction from Capella University, and is currently a Juris Doctorate candidate (law school) focusing on Engineering, Construction and Real Estate contract law.
Dr. Gonzales possesses senior level architecture and engineering design knowledge and skills in developing schematic, preliminary engineering studies and plans, and construction documents for architectural, structural, civil engineering, and bridge structures. I am a licensed General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker and a USGBC LEED AP Design + Construction specialty.
As a consultant utilizing Digital Design Technology and Building Information Modeling services in the NYC region and global markets, Dr. Gonzales is responsible for the integration, implementation and management of BIM solutions and systems, and facilitates the standardization and protocol of technology workflows.
