Circadelix* // Show: Twisted Beats and Circus Feats
One morning Jack arises from his slumber. His eyes sting from the make up of last night's show, his ears ring with the echo of the marching band, and his wrists feel the familiar burn of balloon animal induced R.S.I. As he gazes into the mirror like he has on so many other mornings, his jaw suddenly drops at the epiphany he has just experienced: He has been killing time as a clown his true calling is that of the gangster rapper. Armed with his bag of tricks and the star aerialist of the circus by his side, Jack sets off to the land of opportunity to follow his calling.
However, leaving the circus life behind him is not as simple as he may have thought; Twisted Beats & Circus Feats is the tale of one man's journey from circus life to the top of the hip hop ladder, encompassing skills such as juggling, acrobatics, equilibristics, slack line and stunning aerial feats as well as original and side splitting lyrical escapades. Throughout this journey, Jack does his best to explain the hip hop culture to the audience through the eyes of a clown, encouraging anyone present to follow their dreams and get down rather than give up.
Contrasted by the beauty of his aerialist partner and awed by the muse he discovers in her, Jack takes the audience on an unforgettable journey that explores and satirizes both the hidden world of hip hop and the spectacle of circus.
