Pasta Making, with Chef Benjamin Schade
Join our Supperhouse Chef, Ben Schade as he demystifies the process of making and cooking perfect fresh pasta. This hands-on class will cover the details in making great pasta doughs, including flavors, unique grains, and different shapes--sheeted pasta, hand-formed Gnocchi, and machined Cavatelli. Ben will cover cooking methods, sauces and simple pasta dishes. Class includes a delicious meal of the pastas which you've made! $65 per person. 3-7pm
