Mindful Connection: Intimacy and Energy Play for All Relationships
We are beings in relationship. Whether friends or intimate partners, long-distance lovers or next door neighbors, we are constantly exchanging energy with the people in our lives. But after 2 months, 5 years, 2 decades, we stop relating to each other mindfully and fall into static patterns of interaction. We lose the joy of exploration. How do we re-ignite the light of discovery?
Try something new this Valentine's Day and dive deep into the sensory experience of Energy Play. Together, we'll explore ways to bring all 5 senses back online in service of greater connectedness. Come prepared for an interactive experience to share with anyone you're seeking greater connection to.

** This class is open and accessible to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and movement abilities. There will be some physical touch involved. You are encouraged to bring partner(s), friend(s), or loved one(s) to the class; otherwise, you will be partnered (with your consent) with another attendee for the exercises.
Bio:
Bianca Palmisano is an kinky, genderfluid dancer, poet, and sex educator from DC. She currently runs Intimate Health Consulting, a training and mentoring consultancy which specializes in helping medical providers improve their competence around patient sexual health concerns.
She has been teaching classes on intimacy, queerness, healthy communication, and BDSM for over 3 years. From 2012-2015, she helped Freed Bodywork's sister organization, The Garden, offer comprehensive, inclusive sex education to adults in DC. More than anything, Bianca loves using education as a medium to create unity among different people's experiences and facilitating important conversations that are fun, relateable, and infused with movement.
