Cigars/Chocolate/Craft Beer
Belching Beaver Brewery invites you to experience the art of pairing with "Master Pairings" of fine brews, a great cigar and chocolates to pair. Each third of the cigar will be paired progressively with a chocolate and beer.
Dr. Bill Sysak has collaborated with Chris White of Golden State Cigars and Johna Nilson of So Rich! Chocolates to bring you Cigars, Chocolates and Craft Beer at The Belching Beaver Brewery, in Vista, Ca.
Dr. Bill Sysak, Craft Beer Ambassador and Certified Cicerone, will be attending to discuss how cigars, chocolates and craft beer make for a "Master Pairing". Johna Nilson and Chris White will be there as well to discuss their contribution to the "perfect match" and will have additional cigars and chocolates for sale. Of course, the full lineup of Beaver beers will be available as well. w
