Aiming to pass your mins this year? Just passed by the squeak of your teeth? Want to get some targeted, focused skills training and feedback? Leeds Roller Dolls Minimum Skills Series is for you.
A series of six 2-hour sessions, each one focusing on a different subset of the WFTDA minimum skills, with coaches from the Leeds Roller Dolls Minimum Skills Assessment Panel. They know the skills inside out! You'll not only train the skills, but you'll be trained in how to pass the skills when it comes time for your assessment. What exactly are they looking for? What makes a plow stop passable? How fast IS six seconds?
You can come along to one or two sessions that focus on the skills you need, or sign up to the whole series and save a bit of cash in the process.
One 2 hour session/ month on the first Friday of each month (7:30 9:30) beginning February 5th 2016.
Open to both LRD and non-LRD skaters.

Lesson 3 Individual Skills and Acceleration

1.6 Other skating skills (laterals, lemons, one foot glides, backwards skating)
