The games you have been waiting to see all season have arrived! The Arizona State Roller Derby Conference culminates with the championship games on May 12th, and it's your last chance this season to see all three of your favorite home teams play in one night! In the first game of the evening, fighting for third place will be the TRD Furious Truckstop Waitresses versus the TRD Copper Queens. In the second game of the evening, determining the 2011-2012 Arizona State Champions, your home team VICE Squad will battle it out against the Bad News Beaters from AZRD.

The ladies of TRD love to give back to the community that gives so much to them, and this month's featured charity is Habitat for Humanity Tucson. Habitat for Humanity's goal is to build safe, decent, affordable, quality houses for people in need. They rely on donations of money, land, material, and time to construct each home. At the game you'll have the opportunity to sign up for a TRD work day, where you'll be able to work alongside your favorite derby girls and help those in need. Dates and more information will be available at the signup, so come help us to help others! Also in attendance, providing rockin' entertainment for the evening, will be Pop Gestapo, a local band featuring TRD's own Betty Anarchy (former FTW skater).

The championship has arrived, and all four teams are hungrier than ever for a victory! Will the Waitresses serve up a healthy dose of butt-kicking to the ladies in green? Or will the Copper Queens start a land slide that sends the FTW down to 4th place? Will your home team VICE Squad be able to lock the Beaters out of a 2nd conference victory and bring home the trophy? There's one sure way to find out, and that is to be at the Bookmans Event Center on May 12th!
