Canning is a popular answer, and in this annual class, we pull out our glass jars and refresh out technique for "putting up" delicious treats. Daikon radishes, lovely multi-colored beeds, local strawberries they all are a welcome change come January. So round up a couple of friends and join us for this always popular class. Price: $70
