When the warm summer breezes blow into Chicago, it's hard not to move your dining outside. And who better to take your cues from than the Hawaiians, who long ago mastered the art of al fresco dining in their local partying style the Luau. Sport a grass skirt if you prefer, but for sure come join the group as we stir up a delicious island meal. The islands' asian influences come through in the Shoyu Chicken, fish is turned into a refreshing salad, and of course a little pineapple to top things off. Aloha! Price: $120/couple BYO
