And who better to take your cues from than the Hawaiians, who long ago mastered the art of al fresco dining in their local partying style the Luau. Sport a grass skirt if you prefer, but for sure come join the group as we stir up a delicious island meal. The islands' asian influences come through in the Shoyu Chicken, fish is turned into a refreshing salad, and of course a little pineapple to top things off. Aloha! Price: $120/couple BYO
