Dr. Ratcliff helps specialists and their restorative colleagues embrace the gifts and challenges of interdisciplinary care and where he practices dentistry in the faculty practice. He has practiced general dentistry for 32 years and for the last 20 years has focused his work on comprehensive adult restorative care.

The former Chairman of Education at the Pankey Institute, Dr. Ratcliff is passionate about helping dentists reach their preferred future and is an engaging and down to earth speaker. He lectures internationally on interdisciplinary care, aesthetic, implant and restorative dentistry and is well known for his workshops on philosophy of life and dental practice.

Dr. Ratcliff is a member of the Arizona State Dental Association, American Dental Association, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the International Team for Implantology, Academy of Osseointegration and the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics.
