CCT Membership 2016-2017
Clayton Community Theatre's 2016-2017 season includes:

Night Must Fall by Emlyn Williams, directed by Nada Vaughn
October 20 - 30, 2016
In this masterful thriller with humorous moments and sequences of sustained suspense, a woman's body is found behind a wealthy woman's house and all the while, the audience and most of the characters in the play think they know who did it. This person also happens to be right in front of you. Nada Vaughn just had an acclaimed success for us with August Wilson's The Piano Lesson and has in seasons past demonstrated a deft hand with the Agatha Christie mysteries, Black Coffee and The Unexpected Guest.

A View from the Bridge by Arthur Miller, directed by Joe Hanrahan
February 23 - March 5, 2017
About the current smash hit Broadway production of A View from the Bridge, Variety's Marilyn Stasio writes: "Arthur Miller's gut-wrenching 1956 domestic tragedy [;;tells];; about a family of Italian immigrants living in Red Hook in the 1950s, a cruel era for immigrants." The exceptional quality of this play has long been established; it has never had more currency than now. We are thrilled to have Joe Hanrahan, one of the area's most established theatre artists, to direct our production.

Born Yesterday by Garson Kanin, directed by Sam Hack
May 4 - 14, 2017
Kanin's funny and well-made play with memorable characters, incisive dialogue, and characterizations that grows and deepens as it progresses has entertained audiences for decades and was made into an Academy Award winning film. Our artistic director Sam Hack most recently directed our beloved production of The Lion in Winter and played Mr. Antrobus in our acclaimed The Skin of Our Teeth.

We will be performing each production Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings at 8:00 and Sunday afternoons at 2:00.
