The 15th Annual Trinity Jazz Festival features some of the finest jazz talent in America and this year Trinity will be featuring Grammy Award winning vocalist and pianist, Diane Shuur with the Texas Jazz Project and opening act the Dennis Dotson Jazz Quartet.

Friday, January 29, 2016 - Tickets sold at the Door -Check/Cash Only
VIP Dinner - Doubletree Hotel, Greenway Plaza
The festival kicks off on Friday January 29 with an elegant VIP dinner and  live entertainment in the Plaza Room atop the Doubletree Hotel in Greenway Plaza at 6:30PM for cocktails and dinner at 7:30. The evening will feature a seated dinner and live music featuring Paul English Jazz Quartet and local vocalist April Sloan-Hubert.

Live Entetainment and Dinner:  $125 per person includes a seated dinner with a choice of steak or salmon.  Cash Bar

6:30 PM - COTS Jazz Group
Returning this year a performance at 6:30 by the jazz group, COTS Jazz Crew, whose
members consist of formerly homeless but talented musicians who are turning their lives around.  COTS Jazz Crew will perform during the pre-concert receptions.

7:15 PM - Trinity Jazz Youth All-Stars

8:00pm Dennis Dotson Jazz Quarter - OPENING ACT
Leading off the evening's performance at 8:15PM  is Dennis Dotson and his Jazz     Quartet.  Dennis Dotson brings to Trinity Jazz Festival his professional trumpeter for forty years along with his Jazz Quartet!  This will be an exciting opening act...don't miss it.


9:00PM - FEATURED PERFORMER:  DIANE SCHUUR- American Jazz singer and pianist
Diane Schuur is an American jazz singer and pianist.  Nicknamed "Deedles", she has won two Grammy Awards, headlined many of the world's most prestigious music venues, including Carnegie Hall and The White House.
