Foodie & The Beast Live! at Founding Farmers

Join Washington, D.C., notable radio hosts Nycci and David Nellis of "Foodie & The Beast" for a special live show broadcast from Founding Farmers in Montgomery County. Nycci and David are known to cook up a lively - sometimes edgy - food and wine variety show on Federal News Radio 1500AM, catering to a broad audience from in-the-know foodies to those who prefer Ruffles to truffles. Each week features special guests, cooking ideas, where to eat / where to drink insights, and a lot of fun.

This special on-site show and brunch will feature chats with Founding Farmers' own Corporate Executive Chef Joe Goetze and Founding Farmers' Urban Apiary Coordinator Valerie Zweig, as they discuss the restaurant's farm-fresh philosophy and community engagement projects.

Other live appearances include Food & Wine Magazine Top 12 Best New Pastry Chef Chris Ford of Michael Mina's new Wit & Wisdom restaurant at the Four Seasons in Baltimore; Bibiana Chef Nicholas Stefanelli; Pam the Butcher; and more. Founding Farmers' award-winning Chief Mixologist Jon Arroyo will be on hand to shake up samples of his signature cocktails for guests - and for the audience members - throughout the show.

Reservations for brunch and the show are by ticket purchase only, for tables of up to 8 guests on the mezzanine level. Seating starts at 10:15 a.m., and brunch arrives soon thereafter. The show begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. when Nycci and David take to the microphones. Tickets are $40 each, all inclusive of brunch, the show, and tax and gratuity.

Every guest will also receive a "swag bag" of special gifts from Founding Farmers and the other guests appearing on the show that day.

Choice of Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Bellini for each adult attendee. Non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.

Also includes a freshly squeezed orange juice and choice of unlimited coffee or iced tea.
