CONTEXT FOR RESULTS
Do you want different results then you currently have? Most of us say we do, but are stuck on how to move out of old patterns, habits and beliefs to create what we say we want in life.
There are only two reasons why people do not create the results they say they want.
Most management experts will say, it is a lack of skill or a lack of motivation. However, they do not delve into the core issue, which is to explore your underlying attitudes, opinions and beliefs, in other words - your personal context about your results.
During this engaging and fun workshop, you will have the opportunity to find out how your current pieces of context, the way you view your career, your finances, your relationships and your health are holding you back from achieving your goals.
You will make some dramatic shifts in the way you see your current life. As you make shifts in your context, new results will follow.

Kathleen Carie, Chief Executive Officer
Kathleen first participated in The Excellence Series in the early 1980s and was quickly "discovered" by Randy Revell. Randy described Kathleen as an outrageously well-loved personality who brings new meaning to the words "fun" and "great results." With a BS from Seattle University, she developed her business leadership skills during many years in executive management, training and development. Working directly with Randy Revell she opened eight new profit centers in the US and Canada. In addition to her duties as CEO, Kathleen facilitates The Advancement of Excellence and Mastery II. Kathleen resides in Mercer Island, WA.
As always, you may arrive at 5 or so for some networking. Dinner is a choice of red meat (apple cider braised beef short ribs), chicken (red wine chicken with bacon and wild mushrooms) or vegetarian (Portabello Mushroom Wellington- grilled vegetables & portabello mushroom, enveloped in flaky puff pastry), all served with rolls & butter, Caesar Salad with garlic croutons & shaved Reggiano, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Vanilla Orange Crème Brûlée. YUM! Dinner is served 5:30-6pm. Attendees will earn two hours of CPE. We look forward to seeing you!
