Local Habit Brewmaster's Dinner with Ballast Point
Join us for this unique food and beer experience as Local Habit Chef Nick Brune and Brewmaster Colby Chandler of Ballast Point collaborate to bring you five delicious courses of farm fresh food paired with five unique craft beers. Colby Chandler will be on hand to describe the beers and as always Chef Nick Brune will tell you about the farm fresh food.
1st Course - Poached Rhubarb and Fennel with Pt Loma Micros paired with Brother Levonian Saison
2nd Course - Cured Rainbow Trout Flatbread with Creme Fraiche and Maciel Cherry Tomatoes paired with Abandon Ship Smoked Lager
3rd Course - Roasted Chili White Shrimp with Grapefruit and Endive paired with Sculpin IPA on cask
4th Course - Braised Local Rabbit with Cumin and Crimini Mushroom paired with Navigator Doppelbock
5th Course - Cherry 5 Spice French Toast with Toasted Walnuts paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Black Marlin Porter
There will be seating times at 6pm and 7:15pm. Reservations are $50 per person, exclusive of gratuity and sales tax. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
