Join us for a unique collaborative evening in our new event space The Workshop, just upstairs from The Progress, on Tuesday, November 17th, at 6:30. We're excited to welcome Justin Smillie, chef-partner at New York's Upland, as we celebrate the release of his first cookbook, Slow Fires (Clarkson Potter).
The evening will begin with an hors d'oeuvres reception at 6:30 and move into a communal 5-course sit-down dinner. Stuart, Nicole, and Justin will all contribute dishes, inspired by the cookbook and interpreted with our bounty of fresh local produce, meat & seafood.
Tickets for the event include all food, wine pairings, tax & gratuity. Tickets are transferable but nonrefundable. Due to the special nature of this dinner, we regret that dietary restrictions cannot be specially accommodated. Please note that this space is accessible by stairs only.
