The Black Dog Arts Coalition proudly presents: Theatre Black Dog's 3rd Annual Playwrights Festival 2015 at The Black Dog Arts Cafe' November 12,13,14
The Black Dog Arts Cafe;, fabulous restaurant and local hub for music and the arts, serves original hand crafted Mexican cuisine for dinner, served 6-8pm, a separate purchase from the Festival, which makes for a delightful evening of dinner and theatre.
The Black Dog Arts Cafe is the home of Theatre Black Dog,a long standing professional quality Fringe Theatre, operating since its inception in 1996. The company dedicates itself to
the great works of theatre, encouraging participation of the novice to the professional actor. The company's season soon to be announced, To Kill a Mockingbird is coming in April.
For the Playwrights Festival, original one acts will be shown each evening, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the 12th, 13th, and 14th, starting at 8pm. The plays are by playwrights from the Eastside and beyond.
Four plays will be selected for The Best of Fest coming in January.
