Fall Immersion
Fall Immersion presents six dance choreographers who immerse themselves in distinct dance styles and practices to create works for the Contemporary dance stage. Drawing from ballet to Bharatanatyam, from Cretan to Kalari, the works explore the merging of our connections to our past with our pride in the present and passion for the future.
Lead by the artistic direction of Nikolaos Markakis and Suma Nair, Fall Immersion is the second installment of their MFA thesis at York University. The night presents works by: Aria Evans, Miles Gosse, Brandy Leary, Nikolaos Markakis, Suma Nair & Denise Solleza.
