Market Gala
Columbia Farmers Market hosts an all local foods dinner with 10 minute hands-on demonstrations by the farmers. Demos include "Edible Wild Flowers & Plants," "Drying Vegetables for Soup Mixes," "Rolling Out Pie Crust Dough," and more.
The fabulous dinner, served buffet style, has local meats, such as grass fed beef, seasonal vegetables, artisan breads and desserts.
