Avengers Book-to-Film Symposium at Marymount University
Avengers Book-to-Film Symposium Monday, April 30th, 5-10 p.m.
The Symposium includes a plenary talk on Iron Man comics in the context of the Cold War; presentations on adapting Avengers characters Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, and Hulk from comic book to big screen; and a screening and discussion of Captain America: The First Avenger. FREE and open to the public; sponsored by the Department of English.
