Mindfulness is a remedy for the stress of life,and conducive to well-being and positive mental states, such as peace and presence. Recent scientific research studies point to many mental and physical health benefits.
Through lectures, guided meditations, group discussions and feedback, you will learn both formal (e.g., sitting) meditation and informal daily-life practices (e.g., mindful eating). The course is appropriate for beginners, as well as those who wish to deepen or revitalize their practice.
