Sausage Making 101
Learn the techniques for making a fresh sausage. We'll cover meat preparation, proper cutting, grinding, seasoning, mixing, and case stuffing techniques.
Class is limited to 10 people so that everyone gets a chance to participate. Students will assist in the seasoning and mixing of the sausage meat. Full participation is recommended, if you only want to watch and ask questions that is perfectly acceptable and welcome too. We will be in a professional kitchen so please wear flat shoes and the appropriate attire.
At the end of class, students take home 3 pounds of premium, hand made sausage stuffed during the class.
Butchering is hard work, so of course there will be snacks and drinks provided during the class!
