Sundance Saloon's big New Year's Eve country-western dance for the LGBT community and its friends brings you a fantastic night of two-stepping and line dancing as we count down to a midnight balloon drop.
Set in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century ballroom of the Whitcomb Hotel, we'll be dancing on one of the most beautiful hardwood floors in San Francisco. We'll have beginning two-step lessons at 8:00, and a basic line dance lesson at 8:30. Then it's open dancing with a mix of two-step, waltz, swing and line dancing right into the new year.
To make the night really special, join us for a scrumptious 4-course banquet before the dancing.
Dinner 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Lessons 8:00 to 9:00 pm
Open dancing 9:00 pm to 12:30 am
Countdown and balloon drop at midnight
TENTATIVE MENU (subject to revision):
includes glass of house wine, sparkling water, or soda
soup: butternut squash soup
salad: garden mixed green salad
entrée: choice of slow-roasted prime rib, pan-roasted Scottish salmon saffron, or wild mushroom ravioli in cream sauce
dessert: chef's sampler with hot coffee or tea
