Addictus by Travis Vermilye USA | Animation | 4m An experimental animated 3D short film exploring themes of addiction, pain, need and the desire for that which, while pleasant at first, may come to harm us. We follow a fleshy creature in an aqueous environment.
Myanmar Year Zero by Carole Wilson USA | Documentary | 12m
An emotional journey into a country suddenly entering the modern world after being sealed off from the international community for 50 years. Time will tell if recent developments mark the first steps toward real liberalization and national reconciliation, or if the influence of the military and its cronies will prevail. The well being of its people hang in the balance; the world needs to know their story now.

Don't Be Afraid of Bears by Jill Johnston USA | Animation | 3m
Theriophobia is a fear of the beast. Naturalist Barry Lopez defines it as "(fear) of the beast as an irrational, violent, insatiable creature." Reflection on childhood memories and fears motivated this animation to consider reciprocity of species and the beast within.

Chance is the story of an accidental encounter between two exes at Grand Central station. Jenna is still hurt and reluctant to talk to Brian, who seems determined to get back into her good graces.
