The power of Simple Love
The essence of our being is love. Simple, divine love is the core of our being. Love is only hindered by fear. Layers of fear we have accumulated as our consciousness has traveled through many experiences. Healing is letting go of fear. Our life is a continuous journey of healing from a fear based consciousness into love based consciousness resulting in deep inner peace and empowerment. Our inner peace automatically creates perfect physical health. Health is inner peace. Our lives can truly unfold to our highest potential if we become ready to free our minds of fear.
Emotions are a gateway into our consciousness. The very word emotions can bring up vivid images. Sometimes we like to avoid acknowledging we have emotions. They remind us of pain. In my journey I have come to understand, accept and realize that emotions are actually our best friends they are an honest reflection of our inner self. Without our emotions we may not be able to connect deeply with changes in our consciousness. Observing our emotions will greatly help us understand ourselves. We need to shift our awareness and pay attention to emotions instead of suppressing or forcing them out! They are a sign of the growth that is happening within our self.
We see EVERYTHING in life through the lens of our own energy patterns stored in our vast reservoir called the subconscious mind. Our energy patterns are a combination of experience, personality and emotions. We store all emotional imprints and experiences we may have taken over many life times. Two major sources of these imprints are impressions from past lives as well as impressions from our childhood. We form negative conclusions, beliefs based on trauma we have stored in our subconscious mind. This affects our present day lives since whatever we experience in life is perceived through the lens of these old patterns.
Our Conflicts Are A Gift! They make us aware of the energy imprints we are storing within us and give us an opportunity to heal from them. Facing our external conflicts as a reflection of our inner state will help us take 100% responsibility for our role in the conflicts in our lives. This gives us an opportunity to clean up and truly experience love and empowerment within. We learn to transform fear based patterns into love and light the essence of who we are. Healing Leads to Wholeness, Empowerment and True Objectivity!
Inner Child Healing A Journey to Simple Love
Inner child Healing involves releasing frozen emotional imprints stored in our psyche from our childhood. In our childhood, we are complete beings full of creativity, playfulness, wholeness and spontaneity. One of the main reasons we forget our true essence is our "Child Within" is wounded. It withdraws into a shell and we then become disconnected from our source.
Whether there was overt abuse or neglect in our childhood or more subtle pressures and expectations, our psyches (subconscious) may bear childhood wounds. Our subconscious, our body and our emotions still hold everything we have ever experienced. Things that happened to us in childhood remain unhealed in most of us, and they contribute to the conflicts and problems we experience as adults.
We all have situations that arise in our lives, which develop into unresolved emotional traumas. The gradual accumulation of unfinished mental and emotional business can lead to and fuel anxiety, fear, confusion, emptiness and unhappiness through all of our life. It can lead to disconnection from our own innate power and strength. We misunderstand others behaviors causing pain, bitterness and other fear based emotions. We get equally surprised when others misunderstand our behavior and attribute motives and dangers that are simply not there! We are not really seeing people as they are but instead experiencing our reactions to them.
Inner Child Healing helps us gently face unresolved emotions and re-parent ourselves with the power of simple love. It is one of the deepest and most profound transformations we can go through. It can help us truly emerge from limiting thoughts and beliefs and empower ourselves from within.
It is truly a testimonial to the fact that "It is love that heals!"
