Reflect and Create: A Gentle Yoga and Art Experience for Children With Special Needs
Parents and caretakers will help children through simple yoga poses meant to relax the mind and body. This then sets the tone for a relaxed art sensory friendly experience.
Session from 10AM to 11:30AM serves children from 6 to 9 years old.
Session from 12PM to 1:30PM serves children from 10 to 13 years old.
Please purchase tickets accordingly.
Pre-registration is required due to Limited class. Maximum class size is 10 children.
Please show up 10 minutes early to class.
