EDITORIAL STYLING WITH JON REYMAN | LOS ANGELES
Whether for editorial work, beauty, commercial, or runway, hair and makeup complete looks to tell a story, entice a reaction, and transmit an experience. This workshop takes you through core and advanced skills on day one, into a real photo shoot on day two with with a professional editorial photographer and agency models. All levels! Here is the lowdown:
Hair and makeup are distinct forms of artistry which merge to create one connected and finished look for photo shoots & editorial work. Directed by hair stylist Jon Reyman this unique two-day course offers a chance to participate in an editorial-style photo shoot with a dynamic photographer in the editorial and advertising world.
On day one you will develop skills and perfect your own looks with Jon while learning how to create compelling editorial hair styles for both beauty and avant-garde imagery.
Day two you will be paired with an artist to style your looks on set in a professional photo shoot. Upon completion, you'll have editorial quality un-retouched images for your portfolio.
SPECIAL GUEST JACK WATERLOT
is one of the youngest contemporary fashion photographers in the world with a list of editorial clients including international Vogue, Elle, Interview, and LOfficiel.
He has photographed the top models in the world including Behati Prinsloo, Missy Rayder, Heidi Mount, Noah Mills, and Willy Cartier in addition to his celebrity clientele: Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Sharon Stone, and Olivia Wilde.
Jack splits his time between Los Angeles, New York, London and Paris.
