Description
EAT ART
An immersive culinary experiment based on the neurological phenomenon of synesthesia (http://web.mit.edu/synesthesia/www/) and inspired by Daniel Spoerris Eat Artwhich encompassed sculpture, performance, and the actual opening (and closing) of several restaurants.

FEATURING
An 11-course Tasting Menu with wine pairings prepared by Monkey Town Chef Ryan Jaronik inspired by 11 texts, to be read live  which range from deadly serious to shoot-wine-through-your-nose funny:
