Summer Festival Sanitation Seminar
Saturday, June 2nd, 9:30am-12:30pm
Tuesday, June 12th, 5:30pm-8:30pm
This 3-hour course is required by Chicago Health Dept. for any food vendor participating in neighborhood festivals, outdoor special events, farmer's markets, or any other temporary food event. All three hours are required each year
$35 tix gets you certified with instructor Zina Murray, owner of LSK and former Logan Square Farmer's Market vendor. Simulations of booth setup and demos in actual prep kitchen make this the best Summer Sanitation Class by far.
Students receive their certificate by mail about a week after the class.
