Introduction:
We are all inherently empowered, compassionate beings of unlimited potential. However, we often live our lives ignorant of our full potential. What causes us to forget who we truly are? What causes us to forget our incredible strength? What makes us develop a more pessimistic world view?
In our childhood, we are complete beings full of creativity, playfulness, wholeness and spontaneity. One of the main reasons we forget our true essence is that our "Child Within" is wounded. Childhood emotional wounds cause us to withdraw and develop unnecessary limitations in our lives. Our subconscious, our body and our emotions still hold everything we have ever experienced. Things that happened to us in childhood remain unhealed in most of us, and they contribute to the conflicts and problems we experience as adults. Often, these are also the root causes for physical illnesses we experience in life. They cause us to project pessimism into the world around us.
By facing our wounds, healing, and reintegrating with our Inner Child we can once again feel whole, become complete human beings, and realize our true and full potential. "Introduction to Inner Child Healing" offers understanding and healing of the Child Within and opens the Gateway to reclaiming our full potential.
Who Is It For?
This workshop is a great beginning for anybody who seeks to break free out of their limiting and un-empowering beliefs and heal from the root causes. This is truly empowering for every parent, teacher and caregiver of children who wants to practice conscious parenting. Healing our inner child truly helps us become better parents and connect with our children in wonderful ways. The workshop will combine theory and the framework for inner child healing combined with practical sessions for healing and nurturing. Practical work will be a combination of group work and working with partners.
What will you learn?
The workshop will help you to identify the wounds, unresolved issues and needs of your Inner Child. You will learn to heal, re-parent and nurture your Inner Child and thus release frozen emotional wounds in your psyche. You will become aware of the limiting beliefs due to Inner Child wounds and learn to transform them into self-empowering habits. You will learn to reconnect to your Inner Child, to maintain and develop the connection, and to play and have fun with your Inner Child.

About Jayashree Ashok
Jayashree Ashok is a healer and teacher working with adults, children, families and schools. With more than a decade of experience in the field of healing and education, she is the Founder of Pragya Living Wisdom Centre & Creative School in Bangalore, India. She has worked extensively in the area of spiritual and emotional healing with many adults and children. Her practice includes Meditation, Past Life Regression, Inner Child Healing, EFT, Healing Relationships, Re-birthing Breath work, Compassionate Communication and other healing methods. She has trained extensively under the guidance of her Teacher, Dr Newton Kondaveti, and is now working with him to create a unique space dedicated to children and families called "Children's Life University" in Bangalore, India.
