Earth Activations
The universe in expanding, we are all evolving; people, animals, the earth. It's exciting. Be active in the process, come play in the mountains on the SE flank of Mt St Helens with nature spirits, rocks, caves, thick Douglas fir, creeks, waterfalls, volcanic activity. It's alive, fecund and visceral. We are going to explore the new earth chakras opening in the 5th dimension and actively assist in their acceleration. We will visit portals in our area and around the world. Sacred sites will also be a destination. The best reward in addition to the journey, will be the bonus of the high level of multi-dimensional energy which will infuse your body with high frequencies of this evolutionary leap we are experiencing in 2012.

Come join me on this fine day of play, expansion and acceleration. It's a 3 day; a day of fun, spontaneity and childlike wonder. And the best thing is it gets you out of the city and into the forest; what better place to connect with Mother Earth?
What to bring:
1. Light lunch in backpack.
2. Sunscreen, hat, walking stick if needed.
3. Towel, swimsuit weather permitting for swimming in Swift Reservoir after class.
4. Good walking shoes.
5. Water bottle.
6. Camera.
7. Pencil/pen: Notebooks will be provided
8. Binoculars if desired.
9. Dish for potluck following class.
If you choose to stay the weekend, there is camping in the area at Swift, Yale and Merwin reservoirs. There is Lower Falls Campground on the Lewis River. In Cougar, twenty minutes from the cabin, are cabins and rental spaces and a motel. Stevenson on the gorge is 45 minutes away and Carson Hot Springs is 40.
Swift Creek Estates, is an hour and thirty from Portland. Leaving town between 8-8:30 is recommended.
