Tyva Kyzy: Tuvan Throat Singing
Tuvan throat singing is an exciting mix of overtone infused melody and natural rhythm that is both innovative and ancestral, unearthly yet familiar. Tyva Kyzy (Daughters of Tuva) is a five-member female throat singing ensemble which play a range of traditional folk instruments. Several members perform in the Tuvan National Orchestra. This is the ensemble's first U.S. tour!
