The Bakery
The Bakery is a black comedy about Nicholas, a middle aged man who has sold all of his possessions to follow his life-long dream of opening a bakery. However, he soon realizes that he has no apparent talent for baking and the only customers are his friends who come to take pity on him. Things begin to look up for the little bakery when a disgruntled ex-employee laces the dough with rat poison, which in turn makes the bread taste delicious! As the business takes off, the customers begin to die. Nicholas is faced with a moral dilemma that we all must face sometime in our lives: Do we come clean, or do we keep our mouths shut and sell our friends and neighbors death packaged in a mouthwatering crisp French baguette?
