Our last pairing in a series that has highlighted the Schoharie Beverage Trail...
What a great way to end a series but with a dream come true - Kenneth and Lori Wortz.
From day dream to day job, learn more about how the owners of KyMar Distillery, Kenneth and Lori Wortz, turned their aspirations to own and operate a distillery into the creation of their successful distilling business. Chef's German and Lapi, of the Cobleskill Auxiliary Service & SUNY Cobleskill staff, will prepare a meal that complements a sample of KyMar Distillery's brews.

Seared Duck Foie Gras With baked apples, noisette truffle butter
Baked Monkfish Filet Sauteed local spinach and potato croquettes Kymar Chardonnay buerre blanc
Sous Vide Lamb Loin Tourne' potatoes and roasted root vegetable Kymar Cabernet mint demi glace
Chocolate Moonshine Cake With vanilla whipped cream
Serving and dessert will be provided by SUNY Cobleskill Culinary Students!
