Architecture Matters Design Forum: Monuments/Memorials
Join hosts Kris Barkley, AIA, Saxon Sigerson, AIA and
Arturo Levenfeld, AIA for a casual evening of discussion
centered on the topic of design as it relates to the
imagination and creation of Monuments and Memorials.

Memorials are a physical manifestation of our need
to remember the people and events that shaped our
society and thus have an extremely important role in our
collective being.

What importance does design have in the way that we
shape our Memorials? Are Architects well equipped
to have a place in their design and execution? Our open
forum discussion is intended to explore these questions
and others in our continuing Architecture Matters design
forum series.
