Master Class with Shana Blake Hill
The master class is open to the public, and will be taught by vocalist Shana Blake Hill. Students will be required to perform an aria or song and will receive critical feedback on their performance from the guest teacher in a concert hall setting. Issues addressed will include performance practice, stage presence, style, technique, and career guidance for students seeking advanced musical education. Participating vocalists will be required to present one complete aria or song of their choice. They are free to bring an accompanist, or one will be provided. The work does not need to be memorized but should be ready for stage presentation.

Master class fee is $25 for participants and $5 general admission for audience members.
About the Guest Artist: Shana Blake Hill continues to excite audiences and critics alike as she proves herself a multifaceted performer in both operatic and orchestral repertoires. Opera News recently hailed Ms. Hill's Cincinnati Opera debut as "a highlight of the performancefloods of glorious sound."
