Organizing the feet and ankles for a weightless push should be in the repertoire of every Feldenkrais® practitioner. This workshop will teach you the underlying anatomical organization that leads to that "weightless" feeling whether you're rolling on the floor, sitting in a chair, or standing and walking. This workshop is open to practitioners and trainees.
The workshop is free but we will pass a hat for small donations to offset the cost of the room.
CEU Credits: 2.5
The first 32 people who register and arrive on time are assured a spot. At two o'clock, any at-the-door registrations will be given a spot if there is still space available.
